Our inspectors have over 10 years of experience and have completed over 2,000 well and septic inspections.

Samples are collected by our staff and analyzed by a DEQ Certified Drinking Water Lab within 36 hours (for standard drinking water samples).
We Offer Water Sampling for Lead, Arsenic, Nitrates, and Bacteria.
Septic Inspections
Our staff provides a thorough inspection of all accessible components of the septic system. Reports are issued once water results are returned from the lab. Inspections and include a rating and any recommendations; we also provide the original installation records when available. View our pre-inspection agreement for additional details.
