This is an Invoice at Closing Order, purchaser agrees that pricing states $0.00 at time of online checkout but agrees to pay $150.00 via invoice from sellers title company at the time of closing or if property does not close, to pay Done Right Well & Septic Inspections, LLC no longer than 60 days from time of inspection. $50.00 is added if a lead test is required. A lead test is required on FHA and VA Loan Financing.
Inspection Includes:
-Inspection of the well
-Water sample collection
-Analysis by a Michigan DEQ certified drinking water laboratory

Done Right Well and Septic Inspections, LLC is not responsible for damaged utilities, sprinkler lines, or other underground infrastructure.
